Roel van Tour is an independent Rotterdam based filmmaker and photographer, working mostly in the field of design and art. Having done multiple collaborations for brands and people such as Vitra, Kvadrat, Hella Jongerius, Bertjan Pot, Het Noordbrabants Museum. the Design Museum, London, or Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich. Resulting in various publications, viewings and contributions to exhibitions and corporate identity. Alongside these projects Roel teaches film and photography at the Design Academy, Eindhoven. His ongoing collaboration with Christien Meindertsma resulted in a Dutch Design Award.
